Job Description

ArtZone Company is hiring experienced professionals in Kuwait for two positions: Social Media Specialist and IT Support Officer.

The company is seeking candidates with at least five years of relevant professional experience who can manage their assigned responsibilities effectively.

Recruitment is restricted to applicants currently residing in Kuwait with valid transferable residency.

POSITION 1: SOCIAL MEDIA SPECIALIST

Department: Digital Marketing / Social Media

Minimum Experience: 5 Years

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Creation & Planning

• Prepare social media content.
• Develop content plans for digital campaigns.
• Organize content schedules.
• Coordinate campaign-related content requirements.

2. Social Media Campaign Management

• Plan social media campaigns.
• Coordinate campaign implementation.
• Manage sponsored and paid advertisements.
• Support effective campaign execution.

3. Paid Advertising

• Manage paid social media advertisements.
• Monitor advertising campaign activities.
• Review advertising performance.
• Adjust campaigns based on performance analysis.

4. Performance Analysis & Reporting

• Analyze social media performance.
• Evaluate campaign results.
• Prepare performance reports.
• Present relevant findings to management.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience preparing social media content.
• Ability to plan digital campaigns.
• Experience managing paid advertisements.
• Strong performance analysis and reporting capabilities.
• Currently residing in Kuwait.

POSITION 2: IT SUPPORT OFFICER

Department: Information Technology / Technical Support

Minimum Experience: 5 Years

Driving License: Valid Driving License – Mandatory

Key Responsibilities

1. Computer & Equipment Maintenance

• Maintain computers and IT equipment.
• Identify hardware-related issues.
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions.
• Support the proper functioning of IT devices.

2. Technical Troubleshooting

• Diagnose technical problems.
• Resolve routine hardware and software issues.
• Provide technical support for users.
• Support the continuity of daily IT operations.

3. Network Support

• Apply practical knowledge of computer networks.
• Troubleshoot basic network-related problems.
• Support network connectivity.
• Assist with relevant IT infrastructure issues.

4. Operating Systems

• Provide support for computer operating systems.
• Diagnose operating-system-related problems.
• Perform relevant system troubleshooting.
• Support users with system issues.

5. Microsoft 365 Support

• Work with Microsoft 365 applications and services.
• Troubleshoot Microsoft 365-related issues.
• Support users with Microsoft 365 applications.
• Assist with routine technical problems involving Microsoft 365.

• Minimum 5 years of IT experience.
• Experience maintaining computers and IT equipment.
