About the Role:
Oversee fleet operations in the Food & FMCG delivery sector, manage teams, optimize efficiency, and maintain customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
✅ Supervise fleet operations and ensure smooth logistics processes
✅ Manage team members and monitor performance
✅ Plan and implement business strategies
✅ Maintain communication with clients and internal departments
Requirements:
✅ Graduate or relevant experience from Food delivery services
✅ Minimum 4 years’ experience in Food & FMCG or CD delivery (GCC preferred)
✅ Computer literate with strong business communication
✅ Skills: Business planning, sales, people management, time management
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM | Weekly Off: 1
