Role / Responsibilities
• Manage daily salon operations and staff activities
• Organize appointments and scheduling
• Ensure quality of beauty services and customer satisfaction
• Supervise team performance and workflow
• Maintain service standards and client experience
Requirements / Qualifications
• Previous experience in salon management or operations
• Minimum 5 years administrative/management experience
• Ability to manage staff and organize schedules effectively
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
• Valid transferable residency (Article 18)
• Candidates must be inside Kuwait only
• Proficient in computer systems and software usage
