Job Description
Chayah Group is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee the performance and operational compliance of B2B retail partners. This is a field-based role requiring proactive management of retailer support, equipment maintenance, and operational reporting.
Role / Responsibilities
✅ Conduct mandatory monthly visits to retailers to audit operational performance and compliance
✅ Collect and verify retailer sales, activities, and service delivery data
✅ Prepare and submit monthly performance reports with KPIs and improvement recommendations
✅ Inspect on-site machinery and equipment, perform routine servicing, cleaning, and preventive maintenance
✅ Identify operational irregularities or equipment failures and escalate critical issues with recommended solutions
✅ Provide ongoing support and coaching to retailers on procedures, operational best practices, and quality standards
✅ Maintain records of site visits, technical inspections, and service activities
Requirements / Qualifications
✅ Minimum 3 years experience in retail operations or store supervision in a field-based environment
✅ Bilingual with professional-level English and Arabic communication skills
✅ Comfortable performing basic manual maintenance and preventive servicing on equipment
✅ Valid Kuwait Driving License with willingness to travel extensively
✅ Demonstrated ability to coach, motivate, and train teams for operational excellence
✅ Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
