Role / Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily delivery operations
• Monitor driver attendance, leave, and performance
• Prepare daily and monthly operational reports
• Coordinate driver cash collections, transfers, and reconciliations
• Handle fuel recharge requests and maintain related records
• Coordinate with delivery platforms and ensure smooth operations
• Follow up on vehicle maintenance, traffic fines, and accidents
• Address driver issues and customer complaints
• Maintain employee and operational records
• Assist with driver documentation
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Provide regular operational updates to management

Requirements / Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience in delivery operations
• Previous experience in a delivery company is mandatory
• Strong knowledge of platforms such as Talabat, Jahez, Keeta, Get Carri, Snoonu, etc.
• Good knowledge of operational reporting and Excel
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• English required, Arabic is an advantage
• Valid Kuwait driving license and vehicle (advantage)
• Immediate joining required
