Role / Responsibilities
• Oversee restaurant operations and ensure smooth day-to-day service delivery (Operations roles).
• Manage full restaurant performance including staff supervision, service quality, and guest experience.
• Lead culinary operations and kitchen execution (Head Chef).
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to support business growth (Marketing Manager).
• Supervise front-of-house service and customer engagement (Waiters).
• Ensure high standards of fine dining service and operational excellence.
• Coordinate with management to maintain brand standards and customer satisfaction.
Requirements / Qualifications
• Lebanese fine dining experience is mandatory.
• Prior experience in restaurant or hospitality operations required for all roles.
• Strong leadership and team management skills for senior positions.
• Experience in luxury or fine dining restaurant environment preferred.
• Ability to work in fast-paced hospitality settings.
