OLE Coffee is hiring an IT Manager to lead its IT operations, manage digital infrastructure, and ensure robust cybersecurity and project management.

✅ Role / Responsibilities

• Oversee all IT operations and projects

• Manage network infrastructure, cybersecurity, and IT resources

• Lead, mentor, and manage a large IT team

• Plan and implement IT strategies aligned with business goals

• Ensure regulatory compliance and risk management in IT

• Manage IT budgets and optimize resources

✅ Requirements / Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field

• 7+ years of experience in IT management; experience as CIO or similar leadership role preferred

• Strong knowledge of network management, cybersecurity, and IT project management

• Strategic planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Experience in implementing cybersecurity and data protection strategies

• Familiarity with regulatory compliance and IT risk management

• Full-time, on-site in Kuwait
