Karyan Group is hiring an experienced professional to manage inventory, costing, and accounts data using ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
✅ Role / Responsibilities

Manage inventory and stock movement using Next ERP
-
Create, update, and maintain Bills of Material (BOM) in the ERP system
-
Monitor raw material, WIP, and finished goods inventory
-
Calculate and control product costing (material, labor, overhead)
-
Track purchases, sales, stock adjustments, and transfers
-
Ensure accurate posting of invoices, payments, and inventory transactions
-
Generate inventory and accounts reports for management review
-
Reconcile physical stock with system records
-
Coordinate with production, sales, and purchasing teams
✅ Requirements / Qualifications

Proven experience with Next ERP Systems or similar ERP platforms

Strong expertise in advanced Excel

Experience in inventory management and accounting functions

Strong coordination and reporting skills
