Role / Responsibilities
✅ Manage recruitment processes: job ads, interviews, contracts, and onboarding
✅ Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with Kuwaiti labor laws & Ministry of Health regulations
✅ Coordinate with finance for accurate salary, benefits, attendance, and leave management
✅ Support employee relations, resolve issues, and organize internal communication campaigns
✅ Contribute to performance appraisal systems, training, and professional development
✅ Perform administrative tasks: update databases, prepare letters/certificates, ensure data confidentiality
Requirements / Qualifications
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
✅ 7–10 years of HR experience (preferably in the healthcare sector)
✅ Knowledge of Kuwaiti labor laws and Ministry of Health regulations
✅ Excellent organizational skills and proficiency in HR systems
✅ Local candidates (Kuwait) only
