✅ Role / Responsibilities
• Supervise and control the hot-dip galvanizing process for large-scale fabricated steel structures
• Ensure all galvanizing outputs comply strictly with international standards such as ASTM, ISO, and BS
• Monitor bath chemistry, temperature control, and coating thickness with high precision
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve galvanizing defects and quality-related issues
• Coordinate with Production, QA/QC, and Fabrication teams to ensure smooth operational workflow
• Maintain strict safety, environmental, and operational standards on the shop floor
• Prepare detailed technical reports and documentation to support continuous process improvement
✅ Requirements / Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Metallurgical Engineering or a related field
• 5–8 years of proven experience specifically in galvanizing within the steel fabrication industry
• Strong technical knowledge of hot-dip galvanizing standards and chemical processes
• Prior experience on GCC-based projects or international EPC contracts (highly preferred)
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to prepare high-quality technical reports
