LuLU Exchange is hiring a Frontline Associate (Exchange Teller) to handle remittance and foreign currency transactions while delivering excellent customer service.

✅ Role / Responsibilities

• Handle remittance transactions and foreign currency exchanges accurately

• Maintain daily cash records and ensure compliance with company policies

• Provide excellent customer service and respond to client inquiries promptly

✅ Requirements / Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in exchange companies, cash handling, or customer service

• Strong numerical and communication skills

• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions

• Proficiency in computer systems and MS Office

• Valid transferable visa (Article 18 Ahli or Article 22)

• Ready to join immediately
