A luxury 5-star hotel in Madinah is seeking a seasoned Food and Beverage Manager to oversee F&B operations, drive revenue, and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

✅ Role / Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the F&B team to achieve service excellence and sales targets

• Develop strategies to improve operations, enhance guest satisfaction, and increase revenue

• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, standards, and local regulations

• Collaborate with other departments for seamless guest service

• Monitor and control F&B costs, inventory, and budgets to achieve profitability

✅ Requirements / Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field

• Minimum 5 years of F&B management experience, preferably in a 5-star hotel

• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions under pressure

• Proficient in hotel management systems
