Ecovert FM is hiring a Facilities Manager with a strong engineering background to manage operations and maintenance of a high-rise building in Kuwait.

✅ Role / Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee facilities management for high-rise commercial towers

• Ensure maintenance and operational efficiency of building systems

• Monitor and enforce safety regulations and compliance

• Manage MEP systems and coordinate with technical teams

• Supervise facility staff and contractors

• Prepare reports and maintain operational documentation

✅ Requirements / Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical preferred)

• Proven experience in Facilities Management for high-rise buildings (mandatory)

• Strong knowledge of MEP, building systems, and safety regulations

• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in MS Office

• CAFM experience is an added advantage

• Full-time, on-site in Kuwait
