Role / Responsibilities
- Manage and control food and operational costs across F&B operations
- Handle recipe costing and menu cost analysis
- Monitor inventory, stock levels, and wastage control
- Coordinate with suppliers for pricing and cost optimization
- Analyze financial and cost reports to improve efficiency
- Ensure accurate cost tracking using systems and Excel
Requirements / Qualifications
- Proven experience as Cost Controller or Cost Manager in F&B / restaurant industry
- Strong knowledge of food costing and inventory control systems
- Experience in stock management and supplier coordination
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Proficiency in Excel and cost control tools
- High attention to detail
