📢 QS Engineer (Civil) – Dubai

📍 Dubai, UAE | 🕒 Full-Time | 🏗️ Civil / Construction
✅ Role / Responsibilities:
-
Manage project costs, quantities, and contractual requirements for large-scale building projects
-
Handle interim payments, material-on-site certifications, and final account closures
-
Identify, submit, and follow up on variations and contractual claims
-
Verify Tender vs. IFC/BP drawings and prepare quantity comparison sheets
-
Verify subcontractor work, certify invoices, and evaluate vendor proposals
-
Review RFI, Addendums, and PTC during tender stage
✅ Requirements / Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering – mandatory
-
5–8 years experience (including 5+ years in UAE building projects)
-
Main Contractor experience – essential
-
Strong knowledge of FIDIC conditions and contract laws
-
Proficiency in AutoCAD, PlanSwift, Bluebeam, and MS Excel
-
SOE membership preferred
-
Warehouse project experience – a plus
💰 Salary: AED 10,000 – 12,000 (Total Package)
