About the role
We’re hiring a Catering Supervisor (Female) with solid experience in high-volume catering operations to lead shifts, ensure food quality, and deliver exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities
-Lead and schedule catering teams for daily production, events, and deliveries
-Ensure food safety, hygiene, and HACCP compliance
-Coordinate with Kitchen, Dispatch, Store, and Sales for smooth operations
-Monitor portioning, presentation, and event setup/teardown standards
-Handle client requests, on-site issues, and post-event feedback
-Prepare basic reports (attendance, production, wastage, incidents)
Qualifications
-Proven experience as a Catering Supervisor in a catering company (required)
-Bilingual: English & Arabic (spoken and written)
-Strong computer skills (Excel/Sheets, email, basic reporting)
-Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
-Food safety knowledge (HACCP/baladiya) preferred
-Transferable Visa 18 preferred (Kuwait)
