## Job Description

**Dussmann Ajlan & Brothers** is seeking an experienced **Project Director – FM Consultancy** to join its team in Saudi Arabia.

The position focuses on **client advisory, facilities management service provider oversight, asset performance, and project profit and loss (P&L) leadership**.

The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in facilities management consultancy, including client-side FM consultancy or managing agent roles, with a strong background in high-profile, large-scale or VVIP facilities.

Candidates must demonstrate expertise in asset assessments, FM tendering, mobilisation, service provider performance, budgeting, cost control and senior-level client management.

## Key Areas of Responsibility

### 1. Client Advisory & FM Consultancy

– Provide facilities management consultancy and client advisory support.
– Oversee FM service providers on behalf of clients.
– Apply client-side FM consultancy and managing agent expertise.

### 2. Asset Performance & Assessment

– Lead or oversee asset assessments.
– Support effective facilities and asset performance management.
– Evaluate service provider performance against project expectations.

### 3. FM Tendering & Mobilisation

– Apply expertise in FM tendering.
– Support mobilisation of FM services.
– Oversee service provider readiness and performance.

### 4. Project Leadership & Client Management

– Lead project teams.
– Manage relationships with clients.
– Provide senior-level oversight of FM consultancy activities.

### 5. Budgeting, Cost Control & P&L

– Manage project budgets and cost control.
– Apply profit and loss management expertise.
– Support financial performance and accountability.

## Qualifications & Skills

### Educational Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in one of the following:

– Electrical Engineering.
– Mechanical Engineering.
– Facilities Management.
– Related discipline.

### Professional Experience

– **Minimum 15 years of experience** in facilities management or FM consultancy.
– **Minimum 5 years of experience** in client-side FM consultancy or managing agent roles.
– Experience with large-scale, high-profile or VVIP facilities.
– Experience in government or corporate facility environments.

### Technical & Management Expertise
