## Job Description

A recruitment announcement is seeking an experienced **Quantity Surveyor (Electrical Projects)** for a full-time, permanent position in Kuwait City.

### 2. Cost Estimation & Budget Control

– Prepare project cost estimates.
– Support project budget control.
– Monitor cost-related information.
– Assess financial implications of project requirements.

### 3. Tender Evaluation

– Evaluate tender submissions.
– Review commercial and quantity-related information.
– Support tender assessment activities.

### 4. Variation Assessment

– Assess project variations.
– Review quantity and cost implications.
– Support variation-related commercial evaluations.

### 5. Contract Administration

– Support contract administration activities.
– Review contractual and commercial requirements.
– Coordinate with relevant project stakeholders.

### 6. Progress Payment Certification

– Review project progress for payment certification.
– Assess quantities and supporting documentation.
– Support progress payment evaluations.

### 7. Electrical Project Coordination

– Apply knowledge of electrical systems and specifications.
– Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering and project teams.
– Support delivery of assigned quantity surveying activities within project deadlines.

## Candidate Requirements

### Educational Qualifications

– **Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.**
– Electrical Engineering preferred.
– Civil or Mechanical Engineering may be considered, subject to relevant project experience.

### Professional Experience

– **Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying and cost management.**
– Electrical project experience preferred.
