Role / Responsibilities
• Provide application support and incident resolution – Level 2 / Level 3.
• Monitor systems, perform maintenance, and optimize performance.
• Provide user training and technical assistance.
• Support system integration and APIs.
• Support workflow automation and process improvement.
• Provide support for AI-enabled business solutions.
Requirements / Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in software development and application support.
• Healthcare and HIS experience is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
