Role / Responsibilities
• Lead and supervise day-to-day inventory and stock-control operations.
• Ensure accurate recording of all material receipts, issues, transfers, returns, and adjustments.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain optimum stock availability to support operational requirements.
• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, operations, production, and finance teams on inventory-related matters.
• Conduct and supervise physical stock counts and periodic cycle counts.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and ensure timely reconciliation and corrective action.
• Maintain accurate inventory records within the applicable ERP or inventory-management system.
• Monitor slow-moving, obsolete, excess, and critical inventory and provide appropriate reports.
• Prepare periodic inventory reports, analyses, and KPIs for management review.
• Ensure inventory activities comply with established procedures, controls, and audit requirements.
• Lead, guide, and develop the inventory team to maintain high levels of accuracy and operational efficiency.

Requirements / Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or an equivalent relevant qualification.
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in inventory, stores, materials, or related operations.
• Ready-Mix Concrete and Construction industry experience is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, materials management, stock reconciliation, and warehouse operations.
• Experience supervising inventory teams and coordinating activities across operational departments.
• Strong understanding of stock movements, receiving, issuance, transfers, and inventory adjustments.
• Experience conducting physical inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock reconciliations.
• Ability to analyze inventory levels, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective actions.
• Familiarity with ERP and inventory-management systems is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical, reporting, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Candidate must currently reside in Saudi Arabia.
• Availability for immediate hiring is highly preferred.
