Role / Responsibilities
Production Manager
• Supervise production processes and ensure the achievement of production plans and targets.
• Manage production teams and lines, distribute tasks, and follow up on performance.
• Monitor process efficiency, improve productivity, and reduce waste and downtime.
• Coordinate with quality, maintenance, and warehouse departments to ensure continuity of production.
• Ensure adherence to approved quality, safety, and operational procedures.
Quality Engineer
• Follow up on the implementation of quality systems and procedures and quality control of products.
• Carry out and follow up inspections and testing during the production stages.
• Ensure that products conform to approved specifications and standards.
• Analyze non-conformities and participate in identifying corrective and preventive actions.
• Prepare quality reports and document inspection and test results.
• Coordinate with production to process feedback and improve product quality.
Planner
• Contribute to the preparation and follow-up of production plans and schedules.
• Coordinate with production, warehouse, procurement, and maintenance to ensure required resources are available.
• Follow up on implementation of plans and identify delays or challenges affecting production.
• Update planning data and schedules and prepare periodic reports.
• Monitor production and inventory needs to support continuity of operations.
Requirements / Qualifications
• Production Manager: Previous experience in factories and the industrial sector is preferred.
• Quality Engineer: 6 months to 1 year of experience required.
• Planner: Previous experience in a factory environment is preferred.
• Previous experience in factories is preferred.
• Commitment, seriousness, and ability to work in an industrial environment.
