Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia | Department: Quantity Surveying / Commercial Management
Role / Responsibilities
• Manage the full Quantity Surveying function.
• Handle quantity surveying and commercial management.
• Carry out re-measurement of works.
• Manage BOQs, measurement, and valuation.
• Handle interim payments and valuations.
• Manage variations and claims.
• Manage subcontractor accounts and final accounts.
• Work on roads, highways, bridges, and major infrastructure projects.
• Work with a main contractor on large-scale infrastructure projects.
Requirements / Qualifications
• Strong hands-on experience across Quantity Surveying and commercial management.
• Strong experience in re-measurement of works.
• Strong experience with BOQs, measurement, and valuation.
• Experience with interim payments and valuations.
• Experience with variations and claims.
• Experience with subcontractor accounts and final accounts.
• Experience in roads, highways, bridges, and major infrastructure projects.
• Strong background working with a main contractor on large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Ability to manage the full QS function.
