Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia | Department: Construction / Interior Fit-Out
Role / Responsibilities
• Manage construction and site operations for high-end interior fit-out projects.
• Manage projects of varying sizes and commercial values.
• Lead subcontractors and coordinate with project stakeholders.
• Deliver complex, high-value interior projects.
• Manage project exposure across Hotels, F&B, Retail, Entertainment, High-End Residential, and Palaces.
Requirements / Qualifications
• Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• 10+ years of construction experience.
• Arena / stadium / large-scale entertainment venue experience is highly preferred.
• 3–5+ years in a Construction Manager or similar role.
• Strong expertise in interior fit-out and site operations.
• Proven experience managing projects of varying sizes and commercial values.
• Strong project exposure across Hotels, F&B, Retail, Entertainment, High-End Residential, and Palaces.
• Strong leadership, subcontractor, and stakeholder communication and management skills.
• Strong track record delivering complex, high-value interior projects.
