Role / Responsibilities

Warehouse Manager

• Manage warehouse operations, inventory control, and dispatch activities.
• Oversee daily warehousing activities and ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain effective inventory management processes.
• Manage dispatch operations and warehouse workflow.
• Lead warehouse teams and ensure operational efficiency.

Logistics Coordinator

• Coordinate local and international shipments.
• Manage logistics and supply chain operations.
• Handle import/export documentation and customs procedures.
• Coordinate with relevant parties to ensure smooth shipment activities.
• Maintain effective communication and coordination for logistics operations.

Requirements / Qualifications

Warehouse Manager

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in warehouse management.
• Strong knowledge of:
  • Inventory control
  • Warehousing operations
  • Dispatch management
• Experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Logistics Coordinator

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in logistics and supply chain operations.
• Experience in coordinating local and international shipments.
• Knowledge of import/export documentation and customs procedures.
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
