Role / Responsibilities
- Manage aging reports and achieve collection targets
- Monitor customer accounts and follow up on overdue payments
- Coordinate with clients to resolve payment and account-related issues
- Prepare collection reports and analyze financial risks
- Coordinate with finance, sales, and legal teams for account resolution
- Support process improvements and collections efficiency initiatives
- Train and guide junior collection staff
Requirements / Qualifications
- Experience in credit control and collections preferred
- Strong financial reporting and analytical skills
- Ability to manage overdue accounts and client coordination
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Team coordination and leadership capability preferred
