A leading organization in Kuwait is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, and team management.
✅ Role / Responsibilities

Oversee daily accounting operations: journal entries, reconciliations, financial transactions

Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in IFRS compliance

Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cost control processes

Ensure timely and accurate closing of accounts

Monitor cash flow and overall financial performance
-
Coordinate with auditors for annual audits and compliance reviews
-
Supervise and guide the accounting team for accuracy and efficiency
✅ Requirements / Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/CMA is a plus)
-
Minimum 7+ years of accounting or financial management experience
-
Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting standards
-
Proven experience in budgeting, auditing, and preparing financial reports
-
Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel
-
Previous experience in the Kuwaiti market is preferred

Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills
