We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Facility/Maintenance Supervisor to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Supervise daily maintenance and facility operations, ensuring minimal downtime.
Plan and monitor preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance schedules.
Lead and develop maintenance staff, ensuring productivity and efficiency.
Manage contractors, service providers, and vendors to deliver high-quality services.
Monitor maintenance costs and ensure compliance with budget and safety standards.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies.
Prepare reports and communicate effectively with management and other departments.
Requirements:
5–7 years of experience in facilities or maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
Proficiency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
