About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Division Operations Manager with a strong background in the automotive sector to oversee daily operations, ensure smooth workflow, and drive performance.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Oversee day-to-day operations of the automotive division (sales, service, aftersales)
✅ Develop & implement operational strategies to achieve business objectives
✅ Ensure compliance with policies, quality standards & regulations
✅ Monitor financial performance, prepare reports, manage budgets
✅ Lead, train & motivate teams for maximum productivity & satisfaction
✅ Implement process improvements & cost-control measures
✅ Coordinate with senior management on division goals
✅ Build & maintain strong relationships with suppliers, partners & clients
Requirements:
🎓 Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Automotive Engineering, or related field
💼 4-5 years experience in automotive industry, 3–5 years in managerial/operations role
📊 Strong knowledge of automotive sales, service & aftersales
🛠️ Proven ability to manage budgets, improve processes, achieve KPIs
💬 Excellent leadership, communication & problem-solving skills
⏱️ Ability to work under pressure & meet deadlines
🌐 Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage)
