About the Role:
Manage end-to-end trademark processes, collaborate with legal teams, and handle client relationship management. Ideal for candidates passionate about intellectual property and process improvement.
Responsibilities:
✅ Lead and mentor customer service team
✅ Oversee full trademark lifecycle: searches, applications, monitoring, enforcement, and portfolio management
✅ Administer policies including renewals, claims, and compliance
✅ Collaborate with legal teams on disputes and enforcement matters
✅ Act as primary client contact, maintaining strong relationships
✅ Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency
✅ Contribute to business development through client retention and growth
Requirements:
✅ Background in trademarks, intellectual property, or related legal services
✅ Strong client relationship management skills
✅ Experience in portfolio management, compliance, and customer service leadership
✅ Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
✅ Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
